Quality and safety
The closed indoor sunbathing field in Taiwan can effectively isolate wind, sand , air pollution, insect pests and heavy metal pollution, ensuring the safety and hygiene of noodles.
Indoor return air + high-efficiency dust filter, filteing the dust in the air, making the noodles more hygienic, clean and free of impurities.
The moisture content of the noodles will be tested before shipment to ensure that the noodles will not be changed due to excessive water content.
First filter out pure soft water, and then go through 24 hours of uninterrupted UV sterilization. This kind of water quality not only makes the noodles more elastic, but also less prone to deterioration.
In addition to the basic protection of hats, masks and gloves, employees need to go through the process of air shower before they can enter the production line.
